Use of service
Nymbus is a job application tracking tool intended for personal use. A free tier is available with core tracking features. Nymbus Arc is an optional paid subscription that unlocks AI-powered features. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt it. Do not create fake accounts, submit malicious data, or attempt to access other users' data.
Nymbus Arc: permitted use
Nymbus Arc is a personal subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make Arc features available to third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, offering to run AI tools on behalf of non-subscribers, providing Arc-generated outputs as a service, or sharing account credentials. Accounts found in violation will be permanently terminated without refund. Suspicious usage patterns are automatically flagged and reviewed by our team.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Nymbus is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Use a strong, unique password and keep it safe.
Free tier
The free tier includes unlimited job application tracking, pipeline management, notes, tags, stats, CSV export, and one free AI resume tailoring per month. Certain features -- including Resume Autopsy, additional AI tailoring, AI cover letter generation, weekly digest emails, and the Arc mascot -- require an active Nymbus Arc subscription.
Paid subscriptions (Nymbus Arc)
Nymbus Arc is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($7/month) or annually ($49/year) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
New Arc subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After the 7-day window, no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Referral program
Nymbus may offer a referral program where existing users earn rewards (such as free Arc time) when someone they refer becomes a paying subscriber. Referral rewards are applied automatically at the time the referred user's first payment is processed. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Nymbus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Promotional codes
Promotional or discount codes may be issued at Nymbus's discretion. Codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may have expiration dates or usage restrictions. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
AI-generated content
Nymbus Arc uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to provide resume analysis, tailoring, and cover letter generation. AI-generated content is provided as a tool and suggestion only. It is not professional career counseling. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before using it. Nymbus makes no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Nymbus, including resume text, application data, and any other personal information. Nymbus does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. AI-generated outputs (tailored resumes, cover letters, analysis) are yours to use freely.
No warranty
Nymbus is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the service at your own risk. We recommend exporting your data periodically using the CSV export feature.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides. Any disputes shall be resolved informally by contacting us at [email protected] before pursuing other remedies.
