What happens to my data if I cancel Arc?
Nothing changes. All your applications, analytics, and tracking data stay exactly where they are. You just lose access to the AI features. You can re-subscribe anytime to get them back.
Can I try Arc before paying?
The free tier gives you a complete job tracking experience. Arc adds AI tools on top. If the AI features help you land even one more interview, the subscription pays for itself many times over.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account Settings and click "Manage subscription." You can cancel in two clicks. No email required, no retention tricks. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is my resume data safe?
Yes. Your resume text is sent to the AI for processing and is not stored by the AI provider. We store your base resume in your account so you can reuse it. We never sell or share your data.
What AI model powers Arc?
Arc uses Claude by Anthropic, one of the most capable and safety-focused AI models available. It gives high-quality, nuanced analysis of your resume and job descriptions.
Does the yearly plan auto-renew?
Yes. Yearly subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe at the end of each billing year. You will receive an email reminder before renewal. You can cancel at any time from Account Settings before the renewal date and you will not be charged again.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime and will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period. Yearly subscribers who cancel within 7 days of their initial purchase can request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. After 7 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but remain active until the period ends.
Are the AI outputs guaranteed to be accurate?
AI-generated content is a starting point, not a final answer. Resume tailoring, cover letters, and job autopsy scores are based on pattern matching between your input and the job description. Always review AI output before submitting an application. Nymbus is not responsible for outcomes based on AI-generated content.
